Our return policy lasts 15 days. Please email us regarding your intention to return the item(s). Your returned item(s) must reach us within 15 days from your order-confirmation date. If we do not receive your return item(s) within 15 days, we will assume that you are happy to keep it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, packing intact. It must also be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with clothing tags attached.
Some products are exempted from being returned. Please be informed that we do not accept returns for all sales items (including those items purchased using discount codes of 20% or higher), inner wear, accessories, bags and vintage pieces.
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org by using our contact us form regarding your intention to return your item(s). Kindly attach proof of your purchase.
2. Send your item(s) back to us using a traceable mode of delivery to avoid issues arising due to lost mail. Please mail the returned item(s) back to us at 33 Seng Kang West Ave #02-32 The Seletar Mall Singapore 797653.
Alternatively, you can return your item(s) to the store address above during our operating hours.
3. We should receive your returned item(s) within 15 days from order-confirmation date.
4. We will process your request within 14 days from the time we received your item(s).
5. An online gift voucher equivalent to the price you had paid for the returned item(s) will be issued to you. This voucher must be utlised online within 60 days and strictly cannot be replaced with cash or any other forms of credit.
- Related shipping fees
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you had paid a shipping fee during your purchase, we will not be able to do a refund for that.
